NGSPURS develops and implements artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, voice AI, analytics and other technology solutions.

AI-generated, machine-generated or automated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, reliable or suitable for a particular purpose.

Users and customers are responsible for applying appropriate human review, validation and operational controls when using AI-enabled systems, particularly where outputs may affect:

• Safety
• Employment or workforce decisions
• Education
• Access or authorization
• Compliance
• Security
• Individuals or other consequential decisions

NGSPURS products and services should be used in accordance with their intended purpose, applicable documentation and the applicable customer agreement.

Where an NGSPURS solution is deployed for a specific customer, the applicable contract, statement of work, technical documentation and agreed implementation scope will determine the intended use and respective responsibilities of the parties.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its contents, including text, graphics, designs, layouts, logos, trademarks, product names, software, documentation, photographs, videos and other materials, are owned by NGSPURS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use publicly available Site content for legitimate informational and business evaluation purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission from NGSPURS:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NGSPURS, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site
• Your material violation of these Terms

Subject to any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

Where a separate customer or commercial agreement contains a dispute-resolution or jurisdiction clause, that agreement will govern disputes arising under that agreement.
